Our research focuses on energy conversion in molecular scales. Current projects study energy transfer mechanisms in multiphase detonation, the coupling of high-speed flow with surface chemistry, the thermodynamics of battery chemical reactions, the properties of combustion emissions and carbon nanomaterials.
